教学目标:

1. 能够理解故事大意，如主要角色、事件、故事的背景、情节发展等，感受故事阅读的乐趣；

2. 通过看故事封面、看图预测故事、推测故事活动发展简单的阅读技能；

3. 分析和评价故事中dragons和people的行为和情感态度的转变，表达对故事的不同看法，逐渐养成爱思考、敢质疑的思维习惯；

4. 通过小组合作表演故事的高潮环节，感受绘本阅读的乐趣。

教学重点：

1. 能够读懂并理解故事大意。

2.  能在图片的引导下用自己的语言预测故事的发展。

教学难点：

1. 能够在理解故事的基础上，用自己的语言对故事进行预测，对龙和人类的情感变化和内心活动进行揣测，以及对故事提出自己的评价和看法。

2. 在原有故事的基础上，续编故事。

教学过程:

Step1 Pre-reading

1.Watch and answer

First, let’s watch a cartoon, and tell me what can you see in the cartoon.

Yes, dragons.   Teach: dragon

2.Look at these two dragons, can you guess what’s in their relationship?

Look, where are they now?      Teach : town

What else can you see in the town?     

Ss: some houses, some food stalls , some people

3. So boys and girls, today we’ll learn a storybook about these two dragons. This is the cover of the storybook. And here’s the title : Dinner for a dragon .介绍作者、画家。

What do you want to know more about the storybook?

Step2 While-reading

1. Listen and answer

Q:Why are the dragons in the town? Let’s listen to the tape,and answer the question.

教学反思:

这篇绘本是丽声北极星分级绘本第二级上册里的一篇内容,学生们对于绘本非常有兴趣,课的开始我通过引导学生对封面的观察，激发学生的好奇心，让学生对绘本进行预测和提问。再通过对绘本第一部分的阅读，了解故事的起因。老师带着学生观察图片，引导学生图文结合获取信息。再通过自主阅读与提问，培养学生的观察力和想象力。通过图片环游，引导学生了解故事的主要内容。接着通过提问，引导学生对故事进行更加深入的思考，不仅要关注故事内容，更要关注龙和人类的心理和情感变化。最后引导学生把自己想象故事中的龙和人类，真正把学生带入故事情景，运用语言，体验角色情感的变化。整节课下来,学生们能够理解故事大意，如主要角色、事件、故事的背景、情节发展等，感受故事阅读的乐趣.，好的绘本内容可以让学生们终身受益,它具有画面优美、情节简单，句型反复的过程中，不单单是在认知学习、语言发展上，在生活能力、人格韵、寓意丰富等优点，这些都是很吸引学生的特性.。对于培养小学生早期英语阅读能力有很大的帮助，不仅可以提高孩子对英语学习的兴趣，还可以增加英语学习的词

汇量。而且大多数的绘本可以与生活联系起来，因此也可以间接英语学习融入学生日常生活中去，改善我们学生缺少语言环境，从有限的教材中接触不到原汁原味的英语的境况，让学生能通过绘本感受到英语这门语言的魅力所在。
