一、教学内容：

译林版小学英语五年级下册Unit8 Birthdays中的Story time。

二、教学目标：

1.能在语境中感知、理解、准确朗读词汇：eleventh, eighth, together, birthday, April, game；

2.能听懂、会读、会说日常用语：When’s your birthday? It’s on... What do you do on your birthday? We usually...。

3.能正确的理解并朗读课文，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4.能认识到每个国家的生日风俗的不同。

教后反思：本单元通过Su Hai 和Mike谈论过生日，意在让学生了解中西方文化中不同的生日风俗习惯。学生也可调查自己家人朋友的生日，了解更多的生日活动。本单元生日的话题涉及到日期表达法，学生除了要掌握月份还要掌握序数词的用法和构成，本节课主要教学Story time, 是一节语篇教学课。现代课堂阅读教学结构大体上分为三个阶段：阅读前、阅读中和阅读后，目的是确保通过阅读教学帮助学生形成处理文本的能力。本节课中，我在课前深度挖掘教材资源遵循整体——局部——整体的教学思路，注重前后知识的联系，让语言学习在真实的、自然的师生互动中进行；同时为学生提供思考和语言交际的机会，让英语课堂成为学生彰显个性的舞台。一节课上完，最大的感受是，要想上好一节课，不仅要备课堂还要备学生，在课前对课堂进行充分的预设是一方面，而在课堂上，教师的智慧更显得尤为关键，今天在课堂上，我对有些细节的处理就显得不那么“智慧”,尤其是对于学生互评的引导方面，如果当时能够在第一个学生的评价后，给予及时的反馈，会使得后面的学生评价更为准确，精彩。
