教学目标

1. 能听懂、会读、会说单词:bread, meat, potatoes, tomatoes, vegetables, look for, love, bread.

 2. 能听懂、会读、会说现在进行时态的一般疑问句:Are they doing Is he/she doing及正确回答。

3. 能正确的理解并朗读课文,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型询问别人正在做的事情

学情分析

 


         

  

1.warm up

Let's enjoy a songwhat are you doing

T: What did you see in the song?What else do you know?

Ss: peas,beans,tomato,potato.....

Review the words" tomato,potato "and their plural forms.

2.presentation

T:all these things we call them: vegetables

Teach the word"vegetables"very,orange

T:what's in the picture?

Ss:fridge

T:I can put this potato in to the fridge.

Ss:Wow!

T:I'm going to put this tomato           .

Ss: in the fridge.

T:what else can you see in the fridge?

Ss....

Teach the word "meat"(explain this word as a uncountable noun)

T:listen!who's that? what is he doing?

Ss: He's Liu Tao. He's playing football.

Before dinner

T:Yes,Liu tao comes home from a football game.(read this sentence after the tape)He's very tired and thirsty. He's looking for something in the fridge.

Listen carefully and answer the questions

1. What is Liu Tao looking for?

2. Is there any apple juice in the fridge?

Read pic2 after the tape.

T:Where can we see a fridge in the house?

Ss: in the kitchen.

T: What can we do in the kitchen?

Ss: We can ............

T:listen!what is Liu Tao's father doing?

Ss: He's .....

T:listen!what is Liu Tao's mother doing?

Ss: She's .....

T: Liu Tao’s parents are ....................... in the kitchen.

Ss: cooking dinner

Read picture 1 and answer

1.What is Liu Tao’s mother cooking?

2.What is Liu Tao’s father cooking?

Teach "some tomato soup""meat with potatoes""That smells nice."

Read after the tape.

At dinner

Watch the cartoon twice and get ready to talk to the tape.

practice reading and teach the words"yummy""cook"

explain the two different means of the word "cook".

Watch the cartoon again, and try to finish the exercise paper.

Let’s retell the story and check the answers

Choose one part of this story.

Use the masks on the table.

本节课是第六单元的第一课时,首先我在课前播放了两首有关于现在进行时的儿歌,让学生这活跃的气氛中快速进入课堂;接着在free talk中我顺着儿歌引入现在进行时,有Liu Tao和朋友们一起打篮球进入到文本中;然后出现文中的插图,让学生自由提问,引出5W1H,带着这些问题看卡通读第一段,找出答案,进行示范读和复述;接着继续由what is LT doing?引到第二幅图,让学生运用There be结构的句型;最后还是由what is LT doing?引入最后一幅图,让学生在小组表演中了解How is the dinner?并感受Liu Tao gets love,express love,最后我增加了一个环节,what is LT doing after dinner?让学生自由猜测,发挥想象力,同时运用现在进行时句型,感受到repay love,进行情感提升。整节课下来,发现积极发言的学生不多,现在进行时掌握的不够,也侧面反映出我平时的教学不扎实,拓展的不够丰富,学生的思维量达不上。
