教材分析

本单元的话题是儿童节聚会。本版块由两个场景构成,一是以be going to--时态用叙述的方式介绍了孩子们为参加儿童节聚会所做的准备工作。二是孩子们齐聚在Mike家欢度儿童节,突然刘涛扮演的小丑拿着气球,带给了大家意外惊喜,出现了一般将来时疑问句的表达方式。故事结尾创设了轻松愉悦的氛围,让学生感受浓浓的聚会情。

学生分析

学生对一这话题非常熟悉,在六年级上册unit8中,学生已经学习了be going to--的肯定句和疑问句,教师要充分激活学生已知经验,与学生的生活实际相连,加强学生的理解和运用能力,通过思维导图帮助他们建构知识,更有效地学习、更有情趣地生活。

教学目标

1. 学生结合文本语境理解词义: clown, appear, put on, begin, 并能流利、准确朗读课文。

2.在语言情景中理解What are you going to bring to the party? Im going to bring some toys. Are we going to eat or play with the toys first?  

3.通过多种学习活动,理清聚会前的准备工作及聚会中的活动,能通过思维导图复述课文,提升学生提取信息的能力。

4.通过师生互动交流,感知各种不同聚会气氛,让学生感受浓浓的聚会情,培养良好的人际情感。

通过歌曲揭示课题,以party主题联系生活实际,让学生说说聚会活动及聚会前的准备活动,自然进入课文的学习。

教学反思

本单元的话题是儿童节聚会。学生对这一话题非常的熟悉,在6年级上册第八单元中,学生已经学习了be going to的肯定句和疑问句。本课开始,我通过歌曲生日birthday party揭示课题,以party为主题,联系实际生活,让学生说说聚会活动及聚会前的准备活动,自然导入本课的学习。然后让学生带着三个问题听录音解决,When? Where? Who?抓住关键信息,了解课文的大致内容。文本的学习分为两个部分,主要是聚会前的准备工作和聚会时聚会当天的活动。通过图文匹配,区分信息,细读提取应用语言,发散思维。猜测刘涛为聚会准备的工作设置悬念,激发兴趣。通过猜测what is Liu Tao going to do for the party? 让学生猜测进行到那个party当天的活动来学习文本第二部分。通过儿童派对拓展到其他各种各样的派对,生日派对、万圣节派对等等。最后,拓展部分通过让学生写一张邀请函,并且来描述一下邀请函,进行了文本的升华和将来时态句型的巩固练习。
