二、教学目标
1、能用自己的语言谈论自己最喜欢的节日;
2、能从不同侧面描写自己最喜欢的节日;
3、了解有关万圣节的知识;
4、学会合作、乐于交流,培养就相关主题的问题意识。
三、教学重难点
通过交流和指导,能就“my favourite festival”这一主题进行口头和书面的输出。

五、教学过程
(Before class: Enjoy some videos and songs about festivals)
1、Warming up
T: Boys and girls, today our topic is still “Chinese festival”. What Chinese festivals do you know?
S: Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Double Ninth Festival…
2、Let’s think.
T: You know a lot of Chinese festivals, do you know the details about them? Look and listen, and tell me what comes into your mind?
S: Talk about four important Chinese Festivals by looking at the pictures or listening to the music.”
(Learn the phrases: get red packets, play fireworks, play with lanterns…)
3、Let’s guess
T: Read the passage and guess what festival it is?
S: Read and guess(Christmas, Teachers’ Day)
