2. Sing a song “How old are you?” T: What a clever boy/girl! Boys and girls, welcome to Miss Tang’s English class. First let’s have a competition, boys are Sam, girls are Bobby, at last, who can get to ten, who will be the winner. I’ll give you a present. OK? Let’s sing the song together. 3.Free talk T: From this song, How old is she?(儿歌里出现的女孩) T: How old are you,S1? T: What’s your age,S2? (渗透) T: OK,S2 is 9. How old are you, S3? T: OK. Ask your parter “how old are you?”
T: Oh, it’s a secret. You can’t ask a woman’s age in western countries, because it’s impolite. Understand? But you can ask children’s ages on their birthday. |

1.新授Cartoon time. (1)Listen to the tape ,answer the questions and put the pictures in the right order. T: Look, there’s a child, today is his birthday, do you know whose birthday, and how old is he? Why? Look at these pictures, and you can guess. (看图猜是谁的生日,几岁了。) T: Yes, today is Sam’s birthday, he’s two. Let’s listen, and please put the pictures into right orders, OK? (让学生用英语来表达数字) (2) 新授want. T: Yes, Sam is two, but what does he want as a birthday present? (引出want,新授) T: What does Sam want? Let’s read the story together. (看课件) (3) 新授make a wish T: Yes, Sam wants a robot and a toy car, they are Sam’s birthday wishes. Sam makes many wishes. (引出make a wish) (4) 新授It’s time for… T: Today is Sam’s birthday, he makes so many wishes. How is he? Yes, He is very happy. He’s having a birthday party with his friend. Is his friend Bobby happy at last? Look at Bobby, what’s wrong with Bobby? He is not happy, why? Please watch the cartoon carefully. You can tell us in Chinese. 3. Ticking time T: What a lovely boy/girl! I think you did a good job just now. But did you do a good job for Cartoon time? Let’s check it out. Look, we have three targets here. They are: 1). I can read the story correctly. 2). I can read the story beautifully. 3). I can act out the cartoon vividly. T: Now it’s your ticking time, please work in pairs and tick it with your partner. 教学反思

本节课是小学英语译林版3下第五单元第三课时Cartoon time和Ticking time的教学,在语言的学习和活动表演中,能理解Cartoon time的意思,体会幽默之处,并进行表达,且能体会到英语学习的兴趣,敢于开口,表达中不怕出错误。 首先这节课一开始由学生自己来进行Daily report,一是为他们日常进行口语交流创设一个良好的氛围,同时也能锻炼他们的口语表达能力,增强自己的自信心,体验做小老师的乐趣。然后以一首歌曲“How old are you?”进入课堂,活跃了气氛,在复习句型的同时引入新句型What’s your age?,通过拓展知识来巩固复习所学句型,同时也增加了学生对西方国家的文化知识的了解。接着就进入卡通时间的新授内容,我是分三步来教学的:首先在第一遍听的过程中把卡通时间中的每一副图进行排序,然后是通过看这个故事来新授want和make a wish,接着看一遍卡通,新授It’s time for…和What a nice…在新授卡通时间里我还增加了Ticking time,让学生来评价一下自己学得怎么样了。最后在巩固环节中,我首先和学生一起总结了今天这节课所学的所有知识,然后又渗透了西方国家的小朋友是怎么过生日的,让学生更加了解中西方文化的差异,最后进行情感教育:如果参加生日聚会的话千万不能迟到,同时在已有的儿歌上重新创编了一个新儿歌。家庭作业的设计还是和本课内容戚戚相关,听读并且表演卡通时间。 通过本节课,也发现了自己在很多方面,也还有不足之处,如板书部分,有的因为慌乱而遗忘了。最后的拓展部分,对活动的要求没有细致地向学生说明。学生的表演和我本身的设计出现偏差。每一项活动,学生操练的不过多,时间掌控的不好。最后我们的课堂评价也忘了反馈给学生。此外,我在上课过程中尽量想用全英文授课,即使学生不能全明白,也尽量以丰富的肢体语言和表情让他们明白,但可惜自己在口语方面还有所欠缺,说错了好几句,以后我可要在这方面加以锻练了。
