能初步运用所学句型描述动物朋友,提高学生的听说读写的综合能力和阅读能力。
情感目标:
在交流动物朋友的活动中提高学生的参与积极性,并引导学生关爱动物,与动物交朋友。
三、教学重难点:
1 能初步运用句子:It’s… / They’re … ; It has…/ They have… ; It can…/ They can… 来描述动物朋友。
2 能正确理解:They have no legs or arms. One is red and the other is black.

五、教学过程:
Step 1 Pre- reading
1. Free talk.
2.Play a game: Brainstorm( colour, body parts, animals)
3. T: I like animals. Because animals are our good friends. Show the topic: Unit3 Our animal friends
Show the pictures of animals.
Step2. Reading
1.We are talking about animals. Nancy, Mike, Liu Tao and Su Hai are talking about animals, too. What animals are they talking about? Let’s listen and match. (P28)
Check: What does xx have? He/She has … .
2. Task 1: T: Read the first passage by yourselves, underline the new words. Think about: How to pronounce, and what’s the Chinese meaning?
(Show the first passage, and T shows the way or how to read.)
And teach the new words at the same time.
3. Task2: How does Nancy introduce her animal friends? (Nancy 是怎么介绍动物朋友的?)——板书
(1)What colour are they? (colour)
(2)What do they have? (body parts)
(3)What can they do? ( abilities)
T 用不同的线条示范。
Ss 自读,用不同的线条划出相关内容,完成表格。
